Ingredients

Cabbage – 2 cups (finely shredded)

Grated coconut – 1/3 cup

Green chili – 1 (slit)

Shallots – 3 (crushed)

Turmeric – 1/4 tsp

Salt – to taste

Kolumboo Coconut Oil – 2 tbsp

Mustard seeds – 1 tsp

Curry leaves – 1 sprig

Instructions

Mix cabbage with coconut, shallots, green chili, turmeric, and salt.

In a kadai, heat coconut oil. Temper mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Add cabbage mix. Stir once, cover and cook on low for 5–6 mins.

Uncover and sauté till dry and lightly roasted.
