Shipping policy
Free Shipping on all orders Above INR 599* (no coupon code required)
We ship to all the Pin codes in India. We also undertake international shipping (contact us to place an order).
It takes 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched from our unit.
Normally orders are shipped the same day or next day, subject to order & payment verification.
Orders received on a Sunday or Public holidays are dispatched the following Monday or the next working day. There can be processing and shipping delays during such times.Â
Shipment Tracking:
An E-mail and a text message containing your package tracking information is sent once the order is Dispatched from our unit.
Refusal to accept the order or unable to deliver:
In cases of your refusal to accept shipped products, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. No charges will be levied in case of our shipping partner failing to deliver for any fault of the shipping partner.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Enna chekku for re-delivery shall be claimed from the Customer.
Damage in transit, manufacturing defect, wrong products delivered or products lost in transit:
In the case of a rare possibility in the above cases, we will replace the product at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return of the product is made within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product.
For transit damage products, kindly take photos within 24 hours on receipt of the package and send to us at contact@ennachekku.com
To get a replacement, email us your Order Number or Invoice copy to contact@ennachekku.com and the reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the product back to us.
Order cancellation by User:
The Customer can cancel the order within 24 hours from the order confirmation. The cancellation request can be placed through email to contact@ennachekku.com, whatsapp or customer care number.
If the products have been dispatched, then we would not be able to cancel the order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards..
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
