Ingredients

Raw banana – 1

Yam – 100g

Carrot – 1

Beans – 8

Drumstick – 1

Cucumber / Ash gourd – 1/2 cup

Turmeric – 1/4 tsp

Salt – to taste

Water – 1/2 cup

Curd – 1/2 cup (slightly sour)

Kolumboo Coconut Oil – 2 tbsp

Curry leaves – few

To grind:

Grated coconut – 1/2 cup

Green chilies – 3

Cumin – 1/2 tsp

Instructions

Cut vegetables lengthwise. Cook with turmeric, salt, and water until soft.

Grind coconut, chilies, and cumin coarsely without water.

Add paste to the vegetables. Cook for 3 mins.

Add beaten curd. Mix gently and heat (do not boil).

Switch off, drizzle Kolumboo Coconut Oil and add curry leaves. Cover and let it rest.
