  • Hand-pounded rice – 1 cup
  • Water – 3 cups
  • Salt – to taste
  • Manila Groundnut Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Milagai podi / mor milagai – to serve

Instructions

  • Rinse rice thoroughly and optionally soak for 30 minutes.
  • Pressure cook with 3 cups of water for 3–4 whistles.
  • Serve hot with podi and drizzle Manila Groundnut Oil on top.
