Ingredients

Cooked rice – 2 cups

Roasted peanuts – 1/2 cup

Dry red chilies – 3

Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp

Urad dal – 1 tsp

Curry leaves – few

Hing – pinch

Salt – to taste

Manila Groundnut Oil – 2 tbsp

Instructions

Coarsely grind 3 tbsp peanuts and red chilies with salt.

Heat groundnut oil, temper mustard, urad dal, curry leaves, and hing.

Add ground mix, sauté briefly.

Mix gently with cooked rice. Serve with curd or chips.
