Ingredients

Rice flour – 2 cups

Besan – 1/2 cup

Hing – 1/4 tsp

Red chili powder – 1 tsp

Salt – to taste

Butter – 1 tbsp

Water – as needed

Manila Groundnut Oil – for frying


Instructions

Mix flours, hing, salt, chili powder, and butter.

Add water and knead soft dough.

Load into a ribbon press.

Press directly into hot groundnut oil. Fry till golden and crisp.

Drain and cool before storing.
