Ingredients

TAPL Palm Jaggery Powder – 2 tbsp

Dry ginger powder (sukku) – 1/2 tsp

Pepper – 1/4 tsp (crushed)

Tulsi leaves – 5 (optional)

Water – 2 cups


Instructions

Boil water with sukku, pepper, and tulsi for 5 mins.

Add TAPL Karupatti and stir till dissolved.

Strain and serve hot, especially on rainy or cold days.
