Ingredients

Aval (poha) – 1 cup (thin or medium)

TAPL Palm Jaggery Powder – 1/3 cup

Grated coconut – 1/2 cup

Ripe banana – 1 (sliced)

Cardamom – a pinch

Water – as needed

Instructions

Sprinkle water over aval to soften (don’t soak too much).

Add Karupatti, coconut, banana, and cardamom.

Mix gently and rest for 5 minutes.
