Thenkuzhal (Rice Flour Snack)

Thenkuzhal (Rice Flour Snack)

Thenkuzhal is a mild, buttery murukku variety made during Diwali or for special occasions. Unlike spicy murukku, this is simple, clean-flavored, and gets its lightness from finely powdered urad dal — making Ubari Urad Dal the perfect fit.
