Ingredients

Black sesame seeds – 1/2 cup

Ubari Urad Dal – 1/4 cup

Palm jaggery – 1/2 cup (grated)

Cardamom – 2 pods (powdered)


Instructions

Dry roast sesame seeds until they splutter. Set aside.

Roast urad dal till golden and fragrant.

Powder sesame and urad together.

Mix with cardamom and grated jaggery.

Warm slightly and shape into tight balls. Store airtight.
