1. What makes cold press oil / chekku oil/ Ghani oil different from Refined oils available in the market?

 Cold press/chekku/Ghani oil Refined oil
Extracted in lower temperatures (upto 50 degree Celsius) Extracted using chemical solvents & high heat (upto 200 degree Celsius)

3. What is the minimum order quantity?

       There is no minimum order quantity for ordering though to qualify for free shipping we recommend you to order above INR 599.

4. What payment methods are available?

       We accept all the major online payment methods including Debit card,Credit card, Net banking, UPI & wallet payments. We are currently accepting only Prepaid orders, hence Cash on delivery (COD) is not available. 

5. Which areas do you deliver & who are your courier partners?

       Currently we deliver pan India across 27000+ pin codes through the 25+ leading courier companies in India.

6. Do you also ship abroad?

       Yes we do ship abroad to over 220+ countries and territories though we are not accepting international orders on the website. You can contact our team to place your orders.

7. What if my oil gets damaged or leaked during transit?

      We make sure that all our orders are processed using damage & leaf proof materials as per the packaging  guidelines of FSSAI. In case of any such event where your package is received in a damage or leaked condition, kindly get in touch with us to obtain a refund or exchange for the same. 8. How can i check my order status ?

     You can track the order status through the link provided by us on SMS or email once we ship your order. Alternatively, you can login to your account to check the order status. 

9. Do you offer Monthly subscription for your products ?

      You can contact our team though email or whats app & place your monthly subscription order. Our team will facilitate your request and process accordingly.
